Low season: January, February, March, October, November, December,outside French school holidays

Mid season: April, May, June, September, and Toussaint school holidays, winter and spring

High season: Summer school holidays (July/August). In high season, arrivals are only on Saturday or Sunday.

Animals: Pets are not allowed in our apartments, except in special cases with prior authorization. Contact us for specific requests (animals in cages, therapeutic or service animals, etc.).

On vacation, you have to have your head free and focus on the moments of pleasure and the discovery of the region. So there is no question of worrying about certain small organizational details. The rental rates indicated are therefore without surprise, and include all the following services:

• A welcome gift (Breton, of course!)

• Towels and sheets provided

• Beds made on arrival

• Starter kit offered: toilet paper, paper towels, tissues,

• Kit of basic necessities: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, Senseo pods, sponge

• Cleaning kit offered: dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, detergent and household products

• Baby kit available: high chair, bath, cot, sheets, potty

• TV package of 220 French and foreign channels

• Charges included (electricity, water, heating). NB: We rely on everyone's responsibility to respect reasonable consumption.

• Complete end of stay cleaning included. The cottage must however be returned in a normal state of cleanliness (washed dishes, vacuumed floor).
